About Liana
Hi! My name is Liana. I used to be a lawyer in my native China. Collecting porcelain, glass, and oil paintings, among other pieces of art, is a passion of mine. I have an appreciation for how to decorate rooms with various artworks to make the indoor environment tasteful and artistic. Porcelain is one of my favorite decorations. Whether Jun ware, Ru ware, or Blue and White ware, porcelain embodies culture, aesthetics, and art. These objects are pleasing to the eye, heart, and mind and give people spiritual pleasure and enjoyment. Porcelain was originally called "china" by the Europeans who brought it back from the East, and the name ultimately became synonymous with the country. Chinese porcelain is world-renowned and has strong collection value. I now live on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. I want to bring exquisite Chinese porcelain and other decorative and fine arts to my new home so that people around me can also appreciate it and maybe own it too! I look forward to meeting with similar souls who appreciate art and aesthetics. I welcome you to Liana Collection.
Zhang yufeng a famous master of Ru porcelain art, showed me the scene of opening a kiln after Ru porcelain firing. I could hear the crackling sound of the Ru
porcelain opening.
Zhang yufeng told me about the proceess of burning nails and glaze.
Zhang yufeng told me about the firing process from the rough to the finished product: that is, after plain firing and two glazed firing.
